Claude Flynn
Head Coach
With the cancellation of the Vermont Bucks 2018 season, Coach Flynn landed a coaching job in his hometown with the Atlanta Havoc. There, Coach Flynn would be an Assistant working as the Offensive line and Special teams coach. It would be there where he captured another Championship season in the AAL (American Arena League) 2018.
Coach Flynn’s heart is still in Vermont and will return for the 2020 season as General Manager/Head Coach of the new Vermont Brew. Coach Flynn and his defensive backs unit were an integral part of the Bucks winning the 2017 CAN-AM Championship. The unit combined with a league-high 28 interceptions. Coach Flynn has also coached at the NCAA College prep level where he served as defensive backs coach in 2014. In 2010 he served as the defensive backs coach at Westlake High School in Atlanta. In addition, from 2003-2009 he served as the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach for the Georgia Xtreme a minor league team in Atlanta, winning a National Championship in 2005. In 2006 Coach Flynn was promoted to Assistant Head Coach adding a return visit to the National Championship in 2006.
Since 2006 one of Coach Flynn's greatest accomplishments has been Game Changers Sports and Mentoring where he has trained student-athletes, sponsored numerous events, volunteering in the community, and touch the lives of many Atlanta Metropolitan youth.

Scott Aguglia
Offensive Coordinator
Coach Aguglia brings 15 years of successful football leadership to the Brew staff for 2020. After winning 3 National Championships at the Semi-Pro Level – 2007 and 2008 with the Vermont Ice Storm and 2014 with the Plattsburgh North Stars – Coach Aguglia accepted the challenge to become the Quarterbacks Coach for the 2017 Vermont Bucks arena team. In that position, Coach A helped his QBs throw for over 50 touchdowns versus only 3 interceptions throughout the season – efficiency that was one of the key factors in the team’s success.
This year Coach Aguglia will be designing and calling the offense for the Brew. He looks forward to the inevitable chess matches of course, but also developing and utilizing Vermont Brew playmakers to the best of their abilities.
When not coaching, Scott works in Real Estate and currently resides in Plattsburgh, NY with his wife and 2 daughters.
